Remote Healing Touch Session (Recorded)
Experience the calming benefits of Healing Touch from wherever you are. This 30-minute remote Healing Touch session is performed by Registered Nurse, Certified Health Coach, and Certified Healing Touch Practitioner Krissi Carroll, allowing you to receive a heart-centered energy therapy without needing to be present for a live appointment.
Healing Touch is a gentle, evidence-informed biofield therapy that is used in many hospitals and healthcare settings to promote relaxation, support the body's natural healing process, and encourage balance within the mind, body, and spirit. During your scheduled session, you are free to go about your day as usual—you do not need to be on Zoom, sit quietly, or pause your normal activities. While you continue with your day, your Healing Touch session will be completed remotely and thoughtfully recorded.
Within 48–72 hours, you'll receive a private Zoom recording of your session. When you're ready, simply find a quiet, comfortable place where you can relax without interruption. As you watch the recording, you'll be guided through your session and invited to receive the Healing Touch work at a time that feels right for you.
Because many people experience a deep sense of relaxation during or after their session, please do not watch your recording while driving, operating machinery, or performing any activity that requires your full attention. Instead, allow yourself the opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and fully receive this time of restoration and self-care.
