Healing Touch 4 session Add On Package
Enhance your Simplify & Thrive experience by adding four personalized Remote Healing Touch sessions, designed to complement the lifestyle changes you're making throughout your health coaching journey.
Following each of your four 60-minute health coaching sessions, I'll perform a 30-minute Remote Healing Touch session focused on supporting your body's natural ability to restore balance and promote relaxation. Each session is completed independently after our coaching call, allowing me to fully focus on your energetic well-being.
Within 48 to 72 hours, you'll receive a private recorded Zoom video where I'll walk you through the session, share what I noticed, discuss any areas that drew my attention, and offer insights and recommendations to support your continued wellness journey.
This add-on provides an opportunity to pair practical health coaching with compassionate energetic support, creating a more comprehensive approach to your overall well-being.

What to Expect
Each session is individualized to meet your unique goals and wellness needs. Depending on the service selected, your session may include health coaching, education, lifestyle recommendations, nervous system support, mindfulness practices, energy healing, or other integrative wellness techniques designed to support your overall well-being.
Energy Healing Information
Some services may include energy healing or energetic balancing techniques. Experiences vary from person to person. You may notice feelings of deep relaxation, warmth, tingling, emotional release, increased clarity, fatigue, or no immediate sensation at all. Every experience is unique, and responses may continue for several hours or days following a session.

Cancellation Policy & Fees
24-hour are required to cancel a scheduled appointment.
$50 Late Notice and No-Show Fee
A $50 fee will be charged for no-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
